Split-Bedroom Configuration

A bull's-eye window and two transom windows spotlight the gable on the front elevation of this traditional design, while the cozy covered porch provides a friendly welcome. In back, another covered porch is ideal for outdoor entertaining. A pass-through from the generously proportioned kitchen allows easy interaction with the dining room and the great room. In the great room, built-ins border the fireplace, and the ceiling rises in a vault. Elsewhere, ceiling heights are nine feet. Situated to one side for privacy, the master suite features two walk-in closets. In the compartmented master bath, two sinks are set in a long counter, and a walk-in shower is placed next to the garden tub. On the other side of the house, all three family bedrooms have walk-in closets. A bath with four fixtures serves these bedrooms and the rest of the house.
