Inside the covered entry of this one-story design, the open common area separates the master suite from the family bedrooms, allowing privacy for all. Arches frame the entries to the study and the spacious kitchen, while a diagonal opening leads to the formal dining room. The kitchen includes a central food-preparation island and a walk-in pantry. The study can serve as an optional fourth bedroom with a bath. A corner fireplace warms the family room and nearby breakfast area. By opening four sets of French doors, the rear covered porch becomes an integrated part of the main living area. A sloped ceiling to 9 feet is found in the master bedroom, which opens to a spacious bath with a walk-in closet.
