Extensive Bonus Space

This traditional design features an extensive bonus space on the upper level that can be used for any number of purposes. High ceilings and skylights distinguish several areas. On the exterior, arched windows, a central gable and graceful columns on the front porch communicate the traditional feeling. Inside, more columns delineate the formal dining room. Beyond lies the vaulted great room, warmed by its fireplace and overlooked by the balcony above and by a plant shelf. The spacious kitchen includes a curved eating bar and is handy to the breakfast area and the dining room. In the master suite, skylights are placed in the vaulted ceiling of the two-compartment bath. Note the twin walk-in closets, two sinks, garden tub and separate shower. A wonderful sitting room, also skylit, has direct access to the skylit porch in back, which continues as a spacious patio.
