Warmed by a fireplace, the great room opens both to a covered patio with an optional spa tub and an open patio that runs across the entire rear of the home. A door from the master bedroom also accesses the covered patio. A solar tube bathes the kitchen in light. The kitchen also features a raised eating bar and a walk-in pantry. The split-bedroom configuration places the master suite on one side and the second bedroom and full bath on the other, with an office near the second bedroom.
