Taking its inspiration from the Cape Cod style, this design fits two full baths, a powder room, three bedrooms and a studio or fourth bedroom in little more than 1,700 square feet. High-volume ceilings enhance the space. Both the foyer and the great room rise for two stories, the dining room features a ceiling reveal and the bayed eating nook is topped by a cathedral ceiling. Other highlights include a double window topped by an arch in the dining room, a fireplace in the great room, a pantry closet in the kitchen and a deck accessed from the nook. The first-floor master suite contains a walk-in closet as well as a private bath.
